Rüdiger Geserick

Rüdiger Geserick, Managing Director of SKW Piesteritz Holding GmbH and Chairman of the Managing Board of SKW Stickstoffwerke Piesteritz GmbH

Rüdiger Geserick began his professional career in 1984 with the well-known trading house Helm AG in Hamburg. This was followed by several years with the listed company Metallgesellschaft AG in Frankfurt am Main.

He gained international experience during extended periods in Belgium, the USA and Switzerland. Rüdiger Geserick managed AWT AG, the trading house of Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG in Vienna, for eight years as Member of the Board of Directors and Bank Director.

Rüdiger Geserick was appointed Managing Director of SKW Piesteritz Holding GmbH on 4 February 2005. He was simultaneously confirmed as Chairman of the Managing Board of SKW Stickstoffwerke Piesteritz GmbH. Rüdiger Geserick is married with four children.

Norbert Bökenheide

Norbert Bökenheide is 57 years old, married with three grown up children.

A graduate diploma engineer specialised in process engineering, he has been active at Stickstoffwerk Piesteritz since 1982. He has been the company deputy director responsible for the central area of purchasing and logistics since 2006.

He enjoys a very close contact with nature and lives in the Piesteritz district of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Before moving to the Stickstoffwerk he was employed in the acquisition and sales department of VEB Chemiewerk Rüdersdorf.

Carsten Franzke

Carsten Franzke learned the business from scratch at the Stickstoffwerk. He began work following university entrance examination success with a school-leaver position as an apprentice maintenance fitter in 1982 and then progressed to posts as an industrial manager. This experience was followed by university studies at the Berlin School of Economics.

The 44 year old from Wittenberg has been head of the central area for Finance and Controlling since 2000 – a function for which he was carefully groomed by his predecessor.

Carsten Franzke is married with one child. He enjoys pop music and is an enthusiastic participant in sports.
